A Study on Transaminase Activities in Liver and Serum of Rats by Feeding Rice and Barley or Wheat Diet

Abstract
|

|
The activity of GOT and GPT in the liver and serum of the rats that were fed mixed diets which were different mixed rate between rice and barley or wheat were observed. The experimental animals, albino rats weghting 100-120gm were fed on rice diet mixed of barley and wheat in 10%, 30% and 50%. Experimental term was devided into for 4,8 and 12 weeks.
The results obtained are summarized as follow:
1. The activity of GOT and GPT in the liver and serum have shown some similartendency among the diet mixed rate and diet groups.
2. The activity of GOT and GPT in the liver and serum have shown remakable change according to each feeding term.
